For new clients, our Advisers will carry out a detailed information gathering exercise in order to get to know their individual circumstances, and to recommend the most suitable product to allow them to move onto the new rate, as soon after expiry of the existing scheme as possible.
For existing clients our Advisers will make contact up to three months before their current scheme expires and after establishing their current circumstances, look to recommend the most suitable remortgage scheme, to begin as close to the day after expiry of the existing mortgage as possible.
The Advisers will aim to deliver where possible remortgage solutions that include options like free legal fees, free valuation and where relevant no fee interest rates.
YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY AN EARLY REPAYMENT CHARGE TO YOUR EXISTING LENDER IF YOU REMORTGAGE.
